Marketing is key to successful rentals. We use Tenant Turner to syndicate your Properties to all the right websites; as well as take professional quality photos and manage the listings to ensure they are fresh and relevant. We do ongoing market analysis for each property we manage to maximize your return on investment. 

Tenant Screening

The success of your investment all starts with finding great tenants. We know it takes more than a credit score to approve an applicant. We look at the entire picture to find the best and most qualified tenant for your home. Our extensive 6 step screening process completes thorough background investigations, employment verification, prior rental history to ensure a great tenant. 

Rent Collection

We work to collect your rent. In full. On time. Every month.  We manage rental income accepting virtually any form of payment.  Tenants also have the added convenience of paying rent online thru their Portal 24 hrs a day.

Maintenance

We coordinate  and address all your maintenance requests.  The Empower Realty Team Property Managers are on call and available 24/7, and always provide you with competitive bids. We never mark-up our Vendors invoices.

Financial Reporting

With our detailed financial reporting tools, it's never been easier to keep tabs on your investment. Log into your owner portal to view statements and stay in tune with how your investment is performing.  We also offer personalized reporting based on your investment needs.

Eviction Protection

We process all tenant screening in-house and take proactive measures when trouble arises. If eviction of an Empower Realty Team approved tenant is necessary, we will cover all court costs and waive the next leasing fee! 

Property Management Fees

Empower Realty Team is a Flat Rate Property Management Firm

Monthly Management Fee

Our monthly Management Fee is $75.00 for Full-Service, Professional Property Management.

Marketing Fee

We charge a flat-rate of $750.00 to market, show, screen, and place a quality tenant in your home.

Start Up Fee

A one-time Set Up Fee of $95.00 for a Vacant property, or $195.00 for an Occupied property is collected upon sign-up.

Renewal Fee

Upon termination of the initial Lease Term, if the tenants wish to stay in the property and sign a new lease, we charge $250.00

Tenant Placement Only

Should you only need assistance in Marketing your property, conducting the tenant screening, and writing the Lease, we charge a $1,000.00 Tenant Placement Only Fee.
